MARY GNIADEK is an associate in the firm's appellate and insurance coverage departments. Ms. Gniadek earned a bachelor's degree in Molecular & Cell Biology from Cornell University and attended the University of Michigan Law School, from where she graduated cum laude. While at Michigan Law, Ms. Gniadek was selected to serve as the director of the executive board of Michigan's Campbell Moot Court Competition, as Production Manager (co-editor-in-chief) and Articles Editor of the Michigan Journal of Gender & Law, as a Senior Judge (teaching assistant) for the first-year Legal Practice Program, and as a research assistant to Professor Kyle Logue (liability insurance law).
After law school, Ms. Gniadek received a Bates Fellowship from Michigan Law to work in Vienna, Austria as a Legal Consultant in the Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling Section of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime. Ms. Gniadek then clerked for two years, serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Corinne A. Beckwith of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and to the Honorable Todd E. Edelman of the District of Columbia Superior Court.
Ms. Gniadek is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.
